The closed rake head from Massey Ferguson protects all critical components from dirt and dust, ensuring a long service life. The optimized cam track profile, made from high-strength ductile cast iron, ensures very smooth operation and fast, precise tine lifting. A large drive unit and a precisely engineered tine arm housing made of aluminum alloy demonstrate a modern and reliable design.

The best raking quality is achieved through tangential tine arm placement, which forms an ideal windrow. This also enables significantly higher working speeds, which is especially important under unfavorable weather conditions.

The rake head is bolted using a conical ring, forming a strong joint. This ensures that bolts are not exposed to shear forces, only compression and tension.It also provides precise centering and long-term stability. Tine arms can be replaced individually when needed without dismantling the entire unit.
